I can’t speak highly enough!They installed a high quality gate, and were constantly happy to deal with shifting requirements and concerns when really they didn’t have to. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They really listened to me and helped me install new railings and electric gates for a renovation project. Gates look beautiful and feel very secure. When I needed a security solution on short notice for another entrance Jamie even provided the gates from his own workshop so I did not have to wait for a bespoke gate. My wife and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for our two splendid sets of black gloss powder-coated automated electric metal gates – one In and one out for our carriage drive.When we ordered the gates we were totally unaware of the amount of work involved in the manufacturing and fitting of two sets of large heavy gates. However we felt that we had made the right decision in following our instincts and commissioning the made-to-measure gates from yourself.We were not disappointed in both the workmanship and quality of the finished product.Initially we thought the price of the manufacture and fitting of our gates weren’t cheap however as the saying goes you get what you pay for!It’s impossible to purchase a Rolls Royce for the price of a Ford.You were also a local company of some standing and we felt your 3 year warranty backed by your reputation was reassuring should we needed to call youback at some time in the future if we encountered any problems.At this point it would be remiss of us not to mention your team of fitters (Chris & Billy) who were very knowledgeable in their field – on time – and always cheerful.Having said all that I believe your advertising strap line should be…………..‘Quality is remembered long after price is forgotten!’We have had some very positive comments from our neighbours and I believe these gates will enhance the price of our property when we eventually come to sell in the future.We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your services to any potential customers. Security and privacy were my major concerns and, having obtained a few quotes from local contractors, Taylormade were the only ones who stood out in terms of quality, price and ability to deal with the contours of a tricky plot. Jamie suggested potential solutions around the problem whilst getting me the privacy and security I wanted. The guys turned up on time and did a really good (and tidy) job. Large electric gates are not cheap so for such an investment you want reassurance that you are dealing with a quality and conscientious firm and are able to trust the contractor you employ.
